Collinson's sought a redesign and construction of a new recruitment platform atop their existing software, Team Tailor. The intricacies of integrating with an established system brought about numerous limitations and constraints, demanding a thoughtful approach.
My role began with crafting a design that not only met Collinsons' recruitment needs but also seamlessly complemented the Team Tailor framework. Managing client expectations and requirements played a crucial part in ensuring the design aligned with their vision.
